Let’s fix that with two simple productivity techniques: Time Blocking + The Pomodoro Technique.

🕒 What’s Time Blocking?

You break your day into focused blocks for key tasks: sourcing, admin, bookkeeping, repricing, etc.

Each task gets its own lane — no multitasking, no bouncing between Keepa and spreadsheets.

🍅 What’s the Pomodoro Technique?

Named after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer its creator used, the Pomodoro Technique is a time management method built on short, focused work sprints.

You work in 25-minute sessions (called Pomodoros), each followed by a 5-minute break. After four Pomodoros, take a longer 15–30 minute break to recharge.

Before starting, assign a task to each Pomodoro — like sourcing, repricing, or prep — and prioritize the most important ones first. This helps you stay focused, avoid burnout, and make real progress without feeling overwhelmed.

OA pulls you in 10 directions at once. But success comes from deep work on high-value activities, not just reacting all day.
